We offer refunds only if you receive a faulty product but not for change of mind. If due to poor packaging your product has been damaged in transit, we may offer a refund if claimed within the first 24hrs of receiving with photographed proof. However please note, some of our products are fragile and despite our best efforts to package all safely, may possibly have a crack after transport.

Please note that this is a handmade product, and no two bars will be the same. Variations in size, weight and colour will occur, even between bars in the same batch. For this reason, please use the image as a reference only.  Please note, soap colour may fade over time due to the natural pigments in the colorants & clays used.  

Please store away from heat, humidity and direct light as this can affect the scent, colours and/or soap consistency. 

For best results & longevity, place soap on a soap draining dish & keep dry btw uses.

Patch test for any allergens & discontinue use if any irratation occurs.  External use only.  Not recommended for under 3yrs old.
